Hi My Name is David Bodnar,

I am interested in a home in the Regina Sask area of Canada or
within 30 minutes of the city. I am looking for a 2-3 br/ 1-2bath
home, with a nice yard and garage. As far as the price range I would
like to stay under $1,000 a month. I can view the house on anytime
on the weekend and after 5 during the week starting on Oct 30th.

A little About Me:
I just moved back to Canada this year after being away for 3 years.
I am starting a new Job on November 1st & it pays well. I am
married my wife is from another country so she cant work in Canada
for a few years but she has a law degree. We are working at getting
here sponsored to be a resident.

I have owned my own home prior to leaving Canada so I know what
can be involved as far as the up keep and maintenance are concerned.
I am fairly handy, any 'finishing work' though I will leave to the
experts as my fixes are good they are not always pleasing to the
eye.

We both hate moving so it would be ideal for us to move into a
rent to own right away and then once we are more established within
the community we can then get our own mortgage.

We would be great candidates for rent to own because we are responsible,
mature, and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. We have moved
around a bit and have an intense desire to settle down and settle
in to a place and just start our new life in Canada. The last place
I lived in we were renting but we treated it as our own and just
ask the landlord if we could fix this or that and we did without
asking for reimbursement. We always pay our rent on time & we
have great references from past landlords which I will give you
upon request.

I would like to move within the next 2-4 weeks.

my placement manager and a few other companies to complete the verified
certificate. I can get you a copy of that, along with an updated
copy of our credit report and application upon request.
