Hi My Name is Jim Woods,

I am interested in a townhome in the York area of Pennsylvania
Or…within 10 – 15 minutes of York, PA. I am looking
for a 2-3 br/1-2 bath home. I prefer an end unit but it is not required,
cable ready with an attached garage. As far as the price range I
would like to stay under $1,200 a month. I can view the house on
Friday, October 29, 2010, any hour of the day.


A little About Me:

I am currently employed with the Federal Government and make over
$100K a year.

I have recently separated from a marriage and I am looking to start
anew. I love having a nice place to live and wonderful living
accommodations.

Because of the situation with the marriage, I have credit issues
to overcome. Now that I am by myself, I am eagerly looking to correct
that issue.

I would be a great candidate for a home because I am, respectful,
caring, hard working and trust worthy.

I would love a place that I can come to love & can call my
own. With my previous home I have always taken care of my things,
to include my house. I also have always paid my mortgage on time.
I have great references, which I will give you upon request.

I know that nice homes have lots of value. I also know that money
is hard earned, so taking care of your home is top priority. Whichever
home I choose to live in, will be taken care of better than if it
was my own.

I would like to move within the next 2-3 weeks.
